I have been representing individuals and businesses in a broad range of legal matters since 1988. Some examples of the types of matters that I have successfully handled over the years include: 

Civil and Commercial Litigation:  
Representing individuals and business in lawsuits involving collection on past due accounts and breach of contract disputes; suits involving construction disputes including mechanic’s liens and performance related issues; Suits involving property damage and personal injury; suits involving a Will or Trust Contest. 

Estate Planning: 
Assisting clients in determining what their estate planning goals are and drafting the appropriate legal documents that are tailored to their specific needs. I also can assist with elder care estate planning issues involving Medicare and Medicaid. The types of estate planning documents most frequently prepared include Last Will & Testament, Revocable Living Trust, General Durable Power of Attorney for Financial and Health Care Decisions, Health Care Declaration, Beneficary Deed. 

Probate: 
Representing clients in matters involving probate estates. This includes representing the personal representative or executor of a Last Will & Testament in the probate administration process, representing individuals in the probate administration process where there was no Last Will & Testament. 

Real Estate: 
Representing individual and corporate clients in the sale and purchase of real estate and drafting real estate contracts and deeds. Representing individual and corporate clients in Landlord /Tenant disputes. Negotiating and drafting commercial leases. 

Corporate: 
Representing corporations in drafting, negotiating and interpreting contracts, drafting documents relating to the creation of a new business such as Articles of Incorporation, By-laws, and Operating Agreements for LLC’s. Representing clients in the purchase or sale of a business. Drafting Shareholder Agreements. 

Employment: 
Representing corporations and individuals in contractual disputes involving covenants not to compete, non-solicitation agreements, trade secrets and confidential information. Drafting non compete agreements. Representing clients in suits involving employment law issues such as termination, discrimination and whistleblower claims.
